Prior to doing anything useful with this repository, you will typically need to:
<ol>

<li>Add the [https://www.mistachkin.com/keys.asc|Package Signing Keys] (which includes the "Primary Package Signing Key") to your local OpenPGP key ring.</li>
<li>Download the [https://urn.to/r/pkg_client_full|Package Client Toolset], extract it to a local directory, and add that directory to the [https://wiki.tcl.tk/1628|auto-path] of a local [https://wiki.tcl.tk/9356|Tcl installation].</li>
